Ihr Profil: * Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung im Bereich Installations- und Gebäudetechnik, HKLS/HLR oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation (Lehre, Meister, HTL, Fachschule) * Mehrjährige praktische Berufserfahrung im Installateurgewerk bzw. in der Heizungs-, Sanitär- oder Gebäudetechnik ist Voraussetzung * Sehr gutes Verständnis für Installationssysteme, Komponenten, Materialien und deren praktische Anwendung auf der Baustelle * Ausgeprägte Hands-on-Mentalität sowie Freude daran, Produkte praktisch zu beurteilen, zu testen und weiterzuentwickeln * Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, mehrere Themen und Projekte parallel zu koordinieren * Kommunikationsstärke und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung, Produktion, Vertrieb, Anwendungstechnik sowie externen Partnern * Gute EDV-Kenntnisse und sicherer Umgang mit gängigen digitalen Werkzeugen und MS Office * Erfahrung im Produktmanagement ist von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung

Ihre Aufgaben: * (Weiter)entwicklung und technische Betreuung von Produkten und Produktsystemen über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus * Einbringen von Erfahrungen aus Installation, Montage und Baustellenpraxis in Produktideen, technische Anforderungen und konkrete Produktverbesserungen * Praktische Beurteilung bestehender und neuer Produkte hinsichtlich Montage, Handhabung, Funktion, Zuverlässigkeit und Praxistauglichkeit * Begleitung von Prototypen, Produkttests, Montageversuchen und Feldtests sowie Ableitung konkreter Verbesserungsmaßnahmen * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit F&E, Produktion, Einkauf, Vertrieb und Anwendungstechnik bei Produktentwicklungen, -änderungen und technischen Fragestellungen * Analyse von Marktanforderungen, Kunden- und Installateurfeedback sowie Wettbewerbsprodukten zur Identifikation neuer Produktideen und Optimierungspotenziale * Mitarbeit bei Produkteinführungen und technischen Produktinformationen sowie Unterstützung bei der praxisgerechten Vermittlung neuer Lösungen * Bearbeitung technischer Reklamationen gemeinsam mit den beteiligten Fachbereichen, Ursachenanalyse und Ableitung von Maßnahmen zur Produktverbesserung und Qualitätssteigerung * Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Optimierung von Produktqualität, Funktionalität, Montagefreundlichkeit und Wirtschaftllichkeit
