Wir tapezieren nicht nur Wände - wir gestalten ganze Räume: Malerarbeiten, Bodenbeläge, Vorhänge und Textilien sowie Polsterei gehören genauso zu unserem Handwerk wie das Tapezieren selbst. * Auftragsbewertung vor Ort: Du besichtigst Projekte über unser gesamtes Leistungsspektrum hinweg - von Tapezier- und Malerarbeiten über Bodenbeläge bis zu Vorhängen, Textilien und Polsterarbeiten - und schätzt Aufwand, Material und Zeit realistisch ein.

* Direkter Draht zu unseren Kundinnen und Kunden: Du bist erste Ansprechperson für unsere Bestandskunden - kompetent, verbindlich, auf Augenhöhe.

* Neukundengewinnung: Du erkennst Potenzial, gehst aktiv auf potenzielle Kundinnen und Kunden zu und zeigst ihnen, wie vielseitig wir sie unterstützen können.

* Bindeglied zwischen Kunde und Werkstatt: Deine praktische Erfahrung macht dich zur Vertrauensperson - für Kundschaft genauso wie für unsere Teams auf der Baustelle.

Was du mitbringst

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Tapezierer-Meister oder Geselle mit fundierter Praxiserfahrung

* Fachliches Gespür für Material, Aufwand und Machbarkeit - idealerweise auch über Tapezierarbeiten hinaus (Malerei, Boden, Textilien, Polsterei)

* Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und ein sicheres, sympathisches Auftreten

* Eigeninitiative, unternehmerisches Denken und Lust, Verantwortung zu übernehmen

* Den Willen, dich vom Handwerk am Objekt hin zum Gesicht des Unternehmens zu entwickeln
