Als Teil des Program Operations Office über... 1 Program Management Officer:in SAP SuccessFactors Implementierung Gesucht wird für unseren Standort in 2351 Wiener Neudorf, IZ NÖ-Süd Straße 6 Obj. 16 Zentrale, für 38.5 Wochenstunden.

Aufgaben * In dieser Rolle verantworten Sie die Steuerung und dasProjekt- und Prozessmanagement eines internationalen HR-Transformationsprojektsund sorgen für eine zuverlässige Programmplanung, ein aussagekräftiges Statusreporting sowie die professionelle Aufbereitung von Gremienunterlagen. * Sie bauen eine durchgängige Planungs- und Reportingsystematik auf und stellen den Überblick über Meilensteine, Abhängigkeiten und Risiken über sämtliche Workstreams hinweg sicher. * Als zentrale Schnittstelle koordinieren Sie die Zusammenarbeit zwischen Programmleitung, Workstream-Leads und den People & Culture Entscheidungsträger:innen. * Gemeinsam mit dem Controlling steuern Sie Budget-Tracking, Forecasts und Abweichungsanalysen und schaffen damit Transparenz über die finanzielle Entwicklung des Programms. * Die Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Programmgremien sowie die strukturierte Verfolgung von Entscheidungen und Maßnahmen liegen in Ihrem Verantwortungsbereich. * Darüber hinaus betreiben Sie das Risiko- und Themenmanagement, steuern die Zusammenarbeit mit Implementierungspartner:innen und stellen einheitliche Standards für Dokumentation, Vorlagen und Kollaborationsräume sicher.

Qualifikationen * Sie verfügen über ein abgeschlossenes Masterstudium der Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung. * Sie bringen mehrjährige Erfahrung im Project Management Office großer HR- oder IT-Programme mit und haben idealerweise an internationalen Transformationsprojekten mitgewirkt. * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Programmplanung, im Statusreporting sowie im Management von Abhängigkeiten, Risiken, Budgets und Forecasts zeichnen Ihr Profil aus. Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit dem Controlling sowie in der Steuerung externer Implementierungspartner:innen ist von Vorteil. * Der sichere Umgang mit Projekt- und Kollaborationstools fällt Ihnen leicht. Englisch ist die Programmsprache, daher setzen wir verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse voraus. * Eine ausgeprägte sprachliche Ausdrucksfähigkeit, unternehmerisches Denken, Gewissenhaftigkeit, Konfliktfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit zeichnen Sie aus. * Sie bringen eine Reisebereitschaft von bis zu 25 % Ihrer Arbeitszeitmit.
