4 Millionen gefe... 1 Program / Project Responsible IT als engagierte Fachkraft im IT-Projektmanagement im globalen Umfeld von Magna Steyr für eine befristete Stelle bis zum 31. Dezember 2027.

In dieser Rolle leiten Sie IT-Projekte zur Herstellung kompletter Fahrzeuge, arbeiten mit internationalen Interessengruppen aus verschiedenen Bereichen zusammen und unterstützen die Gestaltung und Umsetzung unserer IT-Projektmanagement-bezogenen Prozesse.

Deine Aufgaben

* Leitung von IT-Projekten und -Programmen in der Automobilfertigung, einschließlich der Verwaltung komplexer interner Software- und Integrationsprojekte mit groß angelegten Budgets * Übernehmen Sie den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus - von der Initiierung und Planung über die Ausführung bis zum Abschluss - einschließlich Zeitplan, Meilensteine, Budget, Umfang, Ressourcenzuweisung, Änderungskontrolle, Berichterstattung und Übergabe an den Betrieb * Sicherstellung von Governance und Compliance über Unternehmensarchitektur, Informations- und IT-Sicherheit sowie regulatorische Anforderungen hinweg, im Einklang mit internen Standards und in Koordination mit den Stakeholdern * Verwalten Sie wichtige Stakeholder (wie Kunden, Programmleiter, IT-Management ...) und koordinieren interne und externe Mitwirkende; Entscheidungen und Eskalationen über IT-Management und Lenkungsausschüsse vorantreiben * Tragen Sie zur kontinuierlichen Entwicklung und Standardisierung des IT-Projektmanagementbüros von Magna Steyr bei und treiben Sie aktiv Prozessverbesserungen und Best Practices in der gesamten IT-Organisation voran

Wen suchen wir

* Erfolgreich abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (HTL, Fachhochschule oder Universität) * Erfahrung im IT-Projekt- und Programmmanagement, idealerweise in der Automobilfertigung, mit der Fähigkeit, komplexe Software- und Integrationsprojekte umzusetzen * Expertise im Management groß angelegter Budgets * Solide Erfahrung in Governance und Berichterstattung auf Führungsebene * Erfahren in agilen, hybriden und klassischen Projektmanagement-Ansätzen mit praktischer Erfahrung in Jira/Confluence, Excel/PowerPoint; vertraut mit dem Einsatz von KI zur Effizienzsteigerung und Optimierung von Prozessen; Zertifikate wie PMP, PRINCE2 oder ITIL sind ein Vorteil. * Fließend in Deutsch und sicher in der englischen Kommunikation mit Kunden und Partnern

Dein Profil ist wichtig!

Basierend auf Ihren Qualifikationen, Ihrer Berufserfahrung und den Verantwortlichkeiten der Rolle wird Ihr tatsächliches Gehalt individuell vereinbart. Das Mindestmonatsgehalt für diese Vollzeitstelle (38,5 Stunden pro Woche) beginnt bei 4.355 € (14 Mal pro Jahr bezahlt), mit der klaren Bereitschaft, je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung ein deutlich höheres Gehalt anzubieten.
