Als Programmamanager Duurzaamheid ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de strategische koers én de realisatie van het duurzaamheidsprogramma. Je beweegt je moeiteloos tussen bestuur, organisatie, regio en maatschappelijke partners en zorgt ervoor dat ambities worden vertaald naar concrete resultaten. Het programma kent vier samenhangende lijnen: energietransitie, klimaatadaptatie & groen, circulariteit en duurzaamheidseducatie. Jij zorgt ervoor dat deze lijnen elkaar versterken en bijdragen aan de duurzaamheidsdoelstellingen van Zwijndrecht voor 2030. Je bent zowel strateeg als programmaregisseur. Je ontwikkelt een duidelijke visie op de duurzaamheidsopgave, adviseert bestuur en directie over complexe vraagstukken en vertaalt maatschappelijke, regionale en landelijke ontwikkelingen naar kansen en keuzes voor de gemeente. Tegelijkertijd stuur je functioneel de trekkers en projectteams binnen het programma aan en zorg je voor focus, samenhang en voortgang. Je brengt mensen, belangen en projecten bij elkaar en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen werkt vanuit dezelfde doelen en prioriteiten. Je brengt mensen en projecten samen, zorgt voor focus op gezamenlijke resultaten en bent niet bang om zelf bij te springen, mee te schrijven of zaken op te pakken als dat nodig is om vooruitgang te boeken - Je geeft strategische richting aan het duurzaamheidsprogramma en vertaalt ambities naar een uitvoerbare programmastrategie; - Je bent eindverantwoord...
