Als programmamanager vastgoed ben je verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en realiseren van een strategische vastgoedvisie en het vertalen hiervan naar concrete uitvoeringsplannen. Je brengt verschillende belangen samen en zorgt ervoor dat het gemeentelijk vastgoed toekomstgericht, maatschappelijk verantwoord en financieel beheersbaar wordt ingezet. Je opereert in een politiek-bestuurlijke omgeving waarin je nauw samenwerkt met interne teams, bestuur en externe betrokkenen. Met jouw programmatische aanpak, verbindende vaardigheden en oog voor resultaat zorg je voor de realisatie van vastgoeddoelstellingen en een goede balans tussen maatschappelijke ambities en beschikbare middelen. Taken pakket: - Ontwikkelen en implementeren van een strategisch vastgoedprogramma - Opstellen van uitvoeringsplannen en bewaken van programmadoelstellingen - Aansturen en verbinden van betrokken collega's en projectteams - Initiëren en begeleiden van maatschappelijke vastgoedprojecten - Adviseren van college en raad over vastgoedbeleid en besluitvorming - Afgeronde hbo opleiding - Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring als Programmamanager Vastgoed - Recente werkervaring bij een gemeente/ gemeentelijke organisatie Waarom reageren op deze vacature via Matchpartner?
