The posting

Jij houdt van projecten die lopen. Wij ook. Wij zijn een schrijnwerkerij met bijna vijftig jaar vakmanschap, geworteld in de Kempen. Opgericht in 1979, vandaag verder onder een nieuwe naam, met nieuwe eigenaren en met hernieuwde ambitie.

Wij werken voor een breed scala aan klanten: van particulieren die hun woning bouwen of renoveren, tot architecten, aannemers en professionele opdrachtgevers.

Onze projecten variëren van maatwerk binnen- en buitenschrijnwerk tot technische toepassingen in professionele omgevingen. Denk aan houten gevelbekleding voor een strakke of warme uitstraling, ramen en deuren die comfort en esthetiek combineren, dakwerken met focus op isolatie en duurzaamheid, brandwerende oplossingen in veeleisende omgevingen of totaalinterieurs waarin alle schrijnwerkelementen één geheel vormen.

Van een klassieke voordeur tot een volledig uitgewerkt project: de toepassingen verschillen, maar de aanpak blijft dezelfde: doordacht, technisch correct en met oog voor detail.

We bouwen aan een sterk projectteam en zoeken iemand die graag het overzicht bewaart, de opvolging strak houdt en er energie van krijgt als alles op wieltjes loopt.

Wat ga je doen? Als project assistent ben je de rechterhand van de projectleider. Je neemt een deel van de dagelijkse opvolging op je schouders en zorgt ervoor dat niets tussen de mazen van het net valt. Concreet houdt dat in:

  • Ondersteuning van de projectleider bij de dagelijkse opvolging van werven
  • Opvolging van planning, communicatie met leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Bijhouden van de werfadministratie en rapportering in ons ERP-systeem (Robaws)
  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor praktische vragen van plaatsers op de werf
  • Signaleren van meer- en minderwerken en doorgeven aan de projectleider
  • Mee zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen werf, productie en kantoor
  • Je hebt een eerste relevante ervaring in de bouw, schrijnwerkerij of een aanverwant domein, of een sterke technische opleiding
  • Je bent georganiseerd, punctueel en verliest de details niet uit het oog
  • Je werkt graag samen in een team en neemt initiatief waar nodig
  • Je communiceert helder, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
