Für die Unterstützung der kaufmännischen-operativen Steuerung unserer Projekte suchen wir eine strukturierte, kommunikative und digitale Persönlichkeit als Project Assistant (m/w/d).

Deine Mission

Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Projektleitung, Bauleitung, Finance und unseren Partnern - und trägst im Rahmen deiner Tätigkeiten dazu bei, dass unsere Projekte wirtschaftlich sauber, termingerecht und transparent abgewickelt werden. Du hältst das Team auf Kurs und stellst sicher, dass Prozesse, Zahlen und Informationen stimmen.

Deine Aufgaben

* Kaufmännische und organisatorische Unterstützung der Projektleitung

* Angebotseinholung und Kalkulationsvorbereitung

* Purchase-Order-Management & Lieferantenkoordination

* Rechnungsprüfung, Zahlungsplan-Monitoring & Unterstützung bei Kundenrechnungen

* Nachtragsmanagement (Dokumentation, Abstimmung, Nachverfolgung)

* Projektkoordination: Meetings, Protokolle, Dokumentation, Tool-Pflege

* Monatliches Reporting & Abweichungsanalyse

* Sourcing & Pflege von Lieferanten-/Gewerkedaten

* Sicherstellung digitaler Prozesstreue in AMS, Capmo, SharePoint & Microsoft 365

Qualifikationen

Was du mitbringen sollst

* Kaufmännisches Grundverständnis (Kalkulation, Einkauf, Rechnungswesen, Controlling)

* Mindestens 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im kaufmännischen Umfeld, Projektmanagement oder in der operativen Projektsteuerung

* Digitale Affinität (Microsoft 365, ERP-Systeme wie AMS/BMD, Capmo)

* Strukturierte, proaktive Arbeitsweise & Organisationsstärke

* Kommunikationsstärke - intern wie extern

* Teamgeist, Genauigkeit & Freude an sauberem Prozessmanagement

* Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse

* Nice-to-have: Erfahrung im Bau-/Innenausbauumfeld, Umgang mit Zahlungsplänen, PO-Prozessen oder AVA-Software
