Chez Synergie, tu es bien plus qu'un recruteur : tu es le point de contact principal de ton client et tu prends en charge le suivi opérationnel de son projet. Tu veilles au bon déroulement de la collaboration, tu anticipes les besoins et tu coordonnes les différentes étapes, de la sélection des candidats au suivi des intérimaires.

Le matin, tu appelles une PME locale pour proposer un profil que tu as déniché la veille.

L'après-midi, tu accueilles un candidat en entretien et tu sais en dix minutes s'il correspond au poste ouvert chez ton client.

Entre les deux, tu relances un prospect, tu gères une fin de contrat, ajustes le planning et trouves une solution avant 17h.

Tu es donc au cœur du projet : tu suis les résultats, coordonnes les différents interlocuteurs et prends les initiatives nécessaires pour garantir la satisfaction du client et la réussite de la mission.

Vos responsabilités

  • Être le point de contact principal du client et assurer le suivi quotidien du projet.
  • Recruter et évaluer les candidats via différents canaux et entretiens.
  • Assurer le matching entre les candidats, les fonctions et les besoins du client.
  • Coordonner le suivi des intérimaires : accueil, visites de site, formations et consignes de sécurité.
  • Gérer les plannings et le pool de candidats afin de garantir une disponibilité suffisante.
  • Suivre les KPI, les évaluations et les réunions opérationnelles avec le client et les équipes.
  • Collaborer avec le Client Service Center et veiller au respect des processus et obligations administratives.
  • Anticiper les besoins, proposer des améliorations et prendre les initiatives nécessaires au bon déroulement du projet.

  • Tu as un bachelier ou master en RH, Marketing, Communication ou équivalent.
  • Tu maîtrises parfaitement le français et le néelandais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit.
  • Tu es autonome, organisé(e) et tu sais prioriser même quand tout s'emballe.
  • Tu es proactif(ve), orienté(e) résultats, et tu as un vrai feeling commercial.
  • Tu as déjà une expérience d'un an ou deux dans l'intérim, le recrutement ou les RH et tu sais ce que ça implique vraiment sur le terrain.
  • Tu crois en ce que tu fais, et ça se voit dès les premières minutes d'une conversation.
