Als Projectcontroller bij Scalda houd je grip op projecten van €3 tot €5 miljoen en werk je nauw samen met projectleiders, business controllers en clusterdirecteuren. Je krijgt daarbij veel ruimte om zelfstandig verantwoordelijkheid te nemen. Over Scalda Scalda is een organisatie waar verschillende projecten een belangrijke plaats innemen. Door de groei van het aantal projecten en de verdere professionalisering van Finance ontstaat ruimte voor een Projectcontroller die financiële expertise combineert met een sterk gevoel voor de organisatie. Binnen deze functie beweeg je tussen Finance en de verschillende projectverantwoordelijken. Je hebt contact met projectleiders en business controllers, rapporteert aan clusterdirecteuren en onderhoudt waar nodig contact met subsidieverstrekkers. De samenwerking vraagt om meer dan het opleveren van correcte cijfers. Je begrijpt wat er binnen projecten gebeurt, stelt de juiste vragen en maakt financiële informatie bruikbaar voor de mensen met wie je samenwerkt. De functie Als Projectcontroller ben je verantwoordelijk voor de financiële beheersing van verschillende projecten. De omvang hiervan varieert doorgaans tussen €3 en €5 miljoen. Je stelt projectrapportages en prognoses op, bewaakt budgetten en resultaten en analyseert financiële afwijkingen. Je bent daarbij een belangrijke sparringpartner voor projectleiders. Je bespreekt de financiële voortgang, signaleert risico's en helpt om tijdig bij te sturen. Afhankelijk van jouw kennis en ervaring pak je ook zelfstandig omvangrijke en complexere projecten op. Je werkt nauw samen met de subsidieadviseur en de junior Project Controller. Je begeleidt de junior Project Controller in het werk en draagt zo bij aan de verdere ontwikkeling binne...
