The posting

Bij Konnekt zijn we op zoek naar een Project Designer.

Voor een internationaal actief en sterk groeiend bedrijf in regio Waregem zoeken we wegens uitbreiding van het engineeringteam één of meerdere Project Designers.

In deze functie krijg je projecten voorgeschoteld die telkens opnieuw anders zijn. Je vertrekt vanuit een ontwerp of concept en zorgt ervoor dat dit wordt omgezet naar een technisch correcte en realiseerbare oplossing.

Je combineert daarbij 3D-ontwerp met technisch inzicht. Hoe bouwen we dit op? Welke componenten zijn nodig? Is het ontwerp technisch haalbaar? En hoe kunnen we het slimmer of efficiënter uitwerken?

Je hoeft nog geen doorwinterde designer te zijn. Het bedrijf voorziet een uitgebreid opleidingstraject en staat daarom ook heel bewust open voor mensen zonder ervaring maar met de juiste technische basis en interesse.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je vertaalt ontwerpen en concepten naar technisch haalbare 3D-oplossingen.
  • Je werkt projecten technisch uit en maakt de nodige tekeningen en documentatie op.
  • Je denkt mee over constructie, materiaalgebruik, verbindingen en praktische uitvoerbaarheid.
  • Je controleert of een ontwerp technisch correct en efficiënt gerealiseerd kan worden.
  • Je zoekt zelfstandig naar oplossingen wanneer een ontwerp technisch moet worden aangepast.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met collega's uit engineering en andere interne afdelingen.
  • Je verdiept je in de verschillende producten, componenten en technische mogelijkheden.
  • Naarmate je ervaring groeit, neem je steeds zelfstandiger projecten voor jouw rekening.
  • Je behaalde een graduaat of bachelor in een technische of bouwkundige richting. Ook opleidingen zoals Bouwkundig Tekenen of Toegepaste Architectuur sluiten goed aan.
  • Schoolverlaters zijn absoluut welkom. Een eerste relevante ervaring is uiteraard eveneens interessant.
  • Je hebt een goed technisch en ruimtelijk inzicht en werkt graag in 3D.
  • Je krijgt energie van de combinatie tussen ontwerpen en technisch problemen oplossen.
  • Ervaring met een 3D-tekenpakket is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw technisch inzicht en leervermogen zijn minstens even belangrijk.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig en gestructureerd.
  • Je bent leergierig en bereid om je grondig te verdiepen in de technische mogelijkheden van het product.
  • Je zoekt bewust een omgeving waarin je jezelf op langere termijn kunt ontwikkelen.
  • Nederlands beheers je op C2-niveau.
