Ben je gepassioneerd door duurzame technologie en wil je een sleutelrol spelen in innovatieve bouwprojecten? Als Project Engineer krijg je de kans om energie-efficiëntie en duurzaamheid te integreren in technische ontwerp- en uitvoeringsprocessen. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen, coördineren en opvolgen van technische HVAC-, elektrische- en sanitaire installaties binnen bouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met een dynamisch team van ingenieurs en technici en draagt bij aan innovatieve oplossingen die de balans tussen comfort, energie-efficiëntie en kosten optimaliseren.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Analyseren en uitvoeren van projecten binnen vastgestelde termijnen en budgetten;
  • Ontwerpen en dimensioneren van technische installaties in samenwerking met projectleiders en ingenieurs;
  • Opstellen van budgetramingen voor installaties en coördineren van integraties van diverse technische disciplines;
  • Bijwonen van vergaderingen met architecten, klanten en projectleiders, en actief bijdragen aan overlegprocessen;
  • Opvolgen van werven en garanderen van optimale werking van de technische systemen;
  • Het onderhouden van relaties met klanten en partners, en bijdragen aan het imago en de expertise van het bedrijf;
  • Deelname aan interne ontwikkeling en volgen van relevante technische opleidingen.

Om succesvol te zijn als Project Engineer, breng je een mix van vaardigheden, kennis en enthousiasme mee:

  • Bachelor Elektromechanica of een ingenieursopleiding in elektromechanica, klimatisatie, elektrotechniek, of een gelijkwaardig niveau door ervaring;
  • Passie voor duurzaamheid en innovatieve technische oplossingen;
  • Aantoonbare organisatievaardigheden, verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel en een oog voor deadlines;
  • Sociale en commerciële vaardigheden, gecombineerd met een leergierige houding;
  • Ervaring met de processen van de verschillende fasen in projecten;
  • Goede kennis van MS Office, kennis van Autocad/Revit is een pluspunt;
  • Zeer goede kennis Nederlands. Kennis van Engels en Frans zijn een meerwaarde.
