Waar kom je terecht?

Lenaerts, gevestigd in het Limburgse Houthalen-Helchteren, is sinds 1981 een gevestigde waarde in de wereld van de industriële installatietechniek. ‘Industrieel’ wil zeggen dat we voornamelijk grote projecten doen. Een werf van 100 000 m² is eerder regel dan uitzondering. ‘Installatietechniek’ houdt in dat wij elektriciteit, verwarming, sanitair, ventilatie, klimaatbeheersing en beveiligingssystemen installeren.

Onze kracht? Meer dan veertig toegewijde medewerkers die elke dag opnieuw 100% gaan voor totaaloplossingen in multitechnieken. Met ruim 40 jaar ervaring leveren we innovatieve oplossingen op maat — van studie en offerte tot uitvoering op de werf. Van productie-eenheid tot logistieke hal of kantoorpand: wij voelen ons thuis op elk project.

Lenaerts maakt deel uit van FRONNT: een groep van bedrijven binnen Elektriciteit, Klimatisatie, Beveiliging, HVAC & Sanitair.

FRONNT doet dus eigenlijk wat Lenaerts doet. Maar dan ‘in’t groot’. Momenteel telt de groep 16 bedrijven. En daar komen er gestaag bij.

Jij zet de lijnen... en daar bouwen wij op voort

Nog vóór een project op de werf komt, moeten er al heel wat technische knopen doorgehakt zijn. Welke oplossing is technisch de beste? Hoe vertalen we de vraag van de klant naar een sterk ontwerp? Welke materialen en installaties kiezen we? En hoe zorgen we ervoor dat het plaatje ook financieel klopt?

Elk project staat of valt met een goed plan. Liefst een plan waar je achteraf écht fier op kan zijn. Want jouw precisie is onze zekerheid.

Als Project Engineer bij Lenaerts ben jij - samen met onze verkopers - de architect van de gebouwtechnieken. Je vertaalt de wensen, eisen en technische uitdagingen van onze klanten naar concrete oplossingen: van een doordacht voorontwerp in AutoCAD tot het overleggen met leveranciers om de beste keuzes te maken.

Technisch sterk. Kritisch waar nodig. Praktisch waar het moet.

Je hebt een stevige technische bagage en begrijpt hoe gebouwtechnieken in elkaar grijpen.

Je ziet details, maar verliest het grotere geheel niet uit het oog. Je durft technische keuzes in vraag te stellen, zoekt naar betere oplossingen en neemt verantwoordelijkheid voor wat je uitwerkt.

Je werkt zelfstandig, maar niet alleen. Want bij Lenaerts zitten verkoop, engineering, projectleiding en uitvoering dicht bij elkaar. Even overleggen, een technisch vraagstuk samen bekijken of even een collega laten meedenken? Dat hoort er gewoon bij.

Een goei portie humor trouwens ook. Want we nemen onze technieken heel serieus. Onszelf iets minder.

Wat ga je doen?

Als Project Engineer:

  • • analyseer je technische plannen, lastenboeken en klantvragen;
  • • werk je technische concepten en voorontwerpen uit;
  • • maak je voorontwerpen en aanpassingen in AutoCAD;
  • • overleg je met leveranciers en fabrikanten over materialen en oplossingen;
  • • vergelijk en beoordeel je technische voorstellen;
  • • stel je correcte en onderbouwde offertes samen;
  • • werk je nauw samen met verkoop en onze ervaren projectleiders;
  • • denk je actief mee over hoe we een project technisch én economisch zo sterk mogelijk kunnen realiseren.
  • Bachelor Elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring, aangevuld met relevante ervaring binnen technische studie, engineering, calculatie of projectvoorbereiding van gebouwtechnieken.
  • Je kan technische plannen en lastenboeken interpreteren
