The posting

Nieuwe geneesmiddelen succesvol introduceren op een productiesite vraagt heel wat voorbereiding achter de schermen. Processen moeten gevalideerd worden, risico's correct ingeschat, wijzigingen geïmplementeerd en alles moet natuurlijk voldoen aan de geldende kwaliteits- en regelgevingsvereisten.

Voor een toonaangevende internationale farmaceutische speler in Puurs zijn we op zoek naar meerdere Project Engineers die binnen Launch Excellence mee instaan voor de introductie van nieuwe producten op de site.

Als Project Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor de validatie-aspecten die gepaard gaan met deze productintroducties en combineer je inhoudelijke opvolging met projectcoördinatie.

Wat houdt dat concreet in?

Je valideert en documenteert processen binnen formulation, filling, shipping en packaging

Je voert dringende quality investigations uit en zorgt voor een correcte documentatie en opvolging

Je stelt risk assessments op en bepaalt passende mitigerende maatregelen

Je ondersteunt en implementeert proces- en systeemwijzigingen die nodig zijn voor nieuwe productintroducties

Je neemt de algemene projectopvolging voor je rekening: coördinatie, planning, issue resolution en progress reporting

Je bewaakt mee dat nieuwe producten succesvol én conform de geldende GMP- en kwaliteitsvereisten geïmplementeerd worden

Je werkt hiervoor nauw samen met verschillende teams en stakeholders binnen de organisatie

Je hebt een Master in een wetenschappelijke richting, zoals Bio-engineering, Farmacie, Biochemie, Biotechnologie of een vergelijkbare opleiding.

Daarnaast:

werk je georganiseerd, nauwkeurig en kwaliteitsbewust

beschik je over sterke analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden

ben je communicatief sterk en werk je graag samen met verschillende stakeholders

kan je zowel zelfstandig werken als binnen een team verantwoordelijkheid opnemen

ben je pragmatisch, proactief en resultaatgericht

heb je een goede technische schrijfstijl

spreek en schrijf je uitstekend Nederlands en heb je een goede kennis van het Engels

ben je bij voorkeur op korte termijn beschikbaar om op te starten

Ervaring met validatieprojecten, planning en projectcoördinatie is een duidelijke meerwaarde. Ook ervaring binnen een GMP-omgeving en kennis van risk assessment en validation processes zijn belangrijk.

Voor bepaalde projecten kan flexibiliteit naar shiftwerk gevraagd worden. Als dit van toepassing is, stemmen we dit uiteraard vooraf met jou af.
