Wat ga je doen?

Als Project Engineer Technische Optimalisaties werk je mee aan technische projecten en praktische verbeteringen binnen een productieomgeving. Je helpt processen, installaties en productielijnen efficiënter, veiliger en betrouwbaarder te maken. Je krijgt de kans om je technische expertise verder uit te bouwen en geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.

  • Je ondersteunt technische projecten van concept tot uitvoering, samen met ervaren collega's.
  • Je werkt mee aan optimalisaties van procesinstallaties, nutsvoorzieningen, productielijnen en werkomgevingen.
  • Je verzamelt informatie op de werkvloer, analyseert technische knelpunten en denkt mee over praktische en haalbare oplossingen.
  • Je helpt bij het voorbereiden van technische studies, specificaties, investeringsaanvragen en projectdocumentatie.
  • Je volgt kleinere projecten of deelprojecten op en houdt rekening met planning, budget, veiligheid, kwaliteit en praktische uitvoerbaarheid.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de productieafdeling, technische dienst, kwaliteit, veiligheid en externe leveranciers.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk over de voortgang van projecten en houdt alle betrokken collega's op de hoogte.
  • Je ondersteunt bij het aanvragen en vergelijken van offertes en het actualiseren van technische documentatie.
  • Je bewaakt mee de naleving van veiligheids-, hygiëne- en kwaliteitsvoorschriften tijdens de voorbereiding en uitvoering van projecten.
  • Je bouwt geleidelijk meer verantwoordelijkheid op en krijgt ruimte om je verder te ontwikkelen in verschillende technische domeinen.

Wie zoeken we?

We zoeken een leergierige en praktische professional met een technische achtergrond, die graag samenwerkt en initiatief neemt om verbeteringen te realiseren.

  • Je hebt een technische bacheloropleiding afgerond of beschikt over gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je hebt een sterke interesse in techniek, productieprocessen en continue verbetering.
  • Een eerste ervaring met projectmatig werken is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.
  • Je bent nieuwsgierig naar automatisatie en bereid om je kennis hierover verder uit te breiden.
  • Affiniteit met productie-, afvul- of inpaktechnologie is een voordeel.
  • Je werkt graag samen met verschillende afdelingen en durft vragen te stellen om tot de beste oplossingen te komen.
  • Je communiceert helder en neemt collega's op een constructieve manier mee in je verhaal.
  • Je hebt interesse in nutsvoorzieningen, energiebeheer, HVAC en duurzaamheid.
  • Je werkt nauwkeurig, gestructureerd en pragmatisch.
  • Je bent proactief, oplossingsgericht en bereid om verantwoordelijkheid op te nemen.
  • Je beschikt over een goede basiskennis van Microsoft Office en AutoCAD.
  • Kennis van SAP of Rimses is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste. Kennis van EPLAN is eveneens een troef.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en hebt een basiskennis van het Engels.
