Voor een van onze klanten, actief in de voedingsindustrie, zijn we op zoek naar een hands-on Project Engineer Utilities.

Functie omschrijving Als Project Engineer Utilities ben jij de technische spilfiguur voor zowel nieuwe investeringsprojecten als optimalisaties van bestaande installaties. Je combineert inzicht in processen en installaties met een sterke hands-on mentaliteit.

Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten: de introductie van nieuwe technologieën en installaties, het verbeteren van bestaande infrastructuur en het optimaliseren van ondersteunende systemen binnen de productieomgeving. Daarbij werk je nauw samen met collega’s van productie, onderhoud en externe partners om elk project technisch en praktisch tot een goed einde te brengen.

Jouw takenpakket bestaat o.a. uit:

  • Voorbereiden, coördineren en opvolgen van technische projecten binnen utilities en productie-infrastructuur
  • Opstellen van URS-documenten, technische specificaties en plannen van aanpak
  • Tekenen en aanpassen van P&ID’s en 3D-modellen
  • Coördineren van externe partijen en toezien op een vlotte uitvoering
  • Meedenken en oplossingen uitwerken bij technische problemen of opstartissues
  • Opvolgen van budgetten en planningen binnen jouw projecten
  • Rapporteren aan de Project Manager en nauw samenwerken met andere afdelingen
  • Bachelor of master elektromechanica, industrieel ingenieur of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in een industriële of productieomgeving
  • Allround kennis van utilities en technische installaties
  • Ervaring met CAD-tekenen en het lezen/opstellen van P&ID’s
  • Inzicht in PLC-systemen (TIA Portal, Siemens S7 of Schneider) is een pluspunt
  • Je bent autonoom, communicatief en praktisch ingesteld
  • Je werkt graag on-site, in direct contact met techniek en mensen
  • Talenkennis: goede kennis van Engels, Frans op de werkvloer is een troef
