Functieomschrijving Als Project Inkoper vertegenwoordig je de inkoopfunctie binnen (klanten)projecten. Je speelt een sleutelrol in de keuze van leveranciers en zorgt ervoor dat alle inkoopprocessen naadloos aansluiten op de projectdoelstellingen. Je werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers, commodity buyers op groepsniveau en Supplier Engineers en rapporteert aan de Teamlead Supply Chain Services. Verder zijn jouw werkzaamheden: - Selecteren en vrijgeven van leveranciers op basis van klanteneisen en relevante commodity-strategieën; - Onderhandelen over projectpakketten (QLTC-breed) en bewaken van de CPR-roadmap; - Opstellen en uitvoeren van inkoopstrategieën in samenwerking met Commodity Buyers en Supplier Engineers; - Zorgen voor tijdige beschikbaarheid van materialen door het plaatsen en opvolgen van bestellingen in projecten; - Optimaliseren van de inkoopkosten volgens de Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)-gedachte. - Functie-eisen - HBO-werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur in de richting van Technische Bedrijfskunde, Supply Chain of een vergelijkbaar vakgebied; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare inkoopfunctie; - Sterke analytische vaardigheden en een proactieve houding om processen continu te verbeteren; - Ervaring met ERP-systemen (bERP -LN ( Infor) en affiniteit met ICT-tools; - Uitstekende onderhandelingsvaardigheden en communicatieve skills in zowel Nederlands als Engels. - Jouw arbeidsvoorwaarden Bij NTS combineren we onze passie voor technologie met innovatieve oplossingen voor complexe uitdagingen.
