Jouw baan als Project Leader Digital Solution Deployment

Als Project Leader Digital Solution Deployment speel je een sleutelrol binnen de MSAT-organisatie. Je begeleidt de implementatie van digitale oplossingen die processen efficiënter maken en teams ondersteunen in hun dagelijkse werking. Hierbij werk je samen met diverse stakeholders, van technische experten en business teams tot externe partners. Je bewaakt planning, scope en budget en zorgt ervoor dat projecten succesvol worden uitgerold. Naast de technische implementatie besteed je veel aandacht aan adoptie, training en duurzame verankering binnen de organisatie.

Gelukkig kunnen we op jou rekenen bij het:

  • Leiden van digitale implementatieprojecten van opstart tot oplevering
  • Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanning, budget en risicoanalyses
  • Coördineren van multidisciplinaire teams en externe leveranciers
  • Uitwerken van deploymentstrategieën inclusief test- en rollbackscenario's
  • Rapporteren van projectstatus en KPI's aan stakeholders
  • Begeleiden van gebruikersadoptie via communicatie en opleidingen
  • Identificeren van verbeterkansen na implementatie en overdracht

Je communiceert vlot met verschillende stakeholders en weet mensen mee te nemen in verandering. Dankzij je sterke organisatievermogen behoud je overzicht in complexe trajecten. Daarnaast ga je gestructureerd te werk en neem je verantwoordelijkheid voor de voortgang van je projecten.

Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande criteria:

  • Masterdiploma in een wetenschappelijke of technische richting
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement binnen pharma of life sciences
  • Ervaring met Process Validation, Cleaning Validation en/of Tech Transfer
  • Goede kennis van Engels
  • Ervaring met projectmanagementmethodieken en stakeholdermanagement
