Ben jij een gedreven Project Manager die operationele projectoplevering naadloos weet te combineren met procesoptimalisatie? Wil je een sleutelrol spelen in de voorbereidingsfase van grootschalige netwerkinfrastructuurprojecten in de regio Mechelen? Bij Randstad Professional zijn we per direct op zoek naar een ervaren Senior Project Manager om voor een periode van 6 maanden complexe feeder-infrastructuurprojecten van A tot Z te stroomlijnen.

In deze tijdelijke rol van 6 maanden combineer je de dagelijkse projectcoördinatie met het ontwerpen en verbeteren van interne processen en governance. Vanaf dag één neem je het voortouw in het coördineren van infrastructuurprojecten doorheen hun volledige voorbereidingscyclus.

  • Coördineren van netwerkinfrastructuurprojecten vanaf de intake tot de overdracht naar de bouw- en uitvoeringsteams.
  • Beheren van de projectplanning, opvolging van ontwerpen, terreinopnames en vergunningsaanvragen.
  • Stroomlijnen van de samenwerking en afstemming met gemeenten, nutsbedrijven, aannemers, engineeringteams en interne belanghebbenden.
  • Proactief identificeren en wegnemen van risico's, knelpunten en blokkades om een tijdige oplevering van mijlpalen te garanderen.
  • Analyseren en documenteren van bestaande processen om efficiëntieslagen te realiseren en nieuwe manieren van werken te implementeren.
  • Opzetten van rapportagemechanismen, KPI’s en standaarden voor projectbeheer om de operationele uitmuntendheid naar een hoger niveau te tillen.

Je beschikt over een afgeronde Bachelor- of Masteropleiding, of hebt een gelijkwaardig niveau opgebouwd door relevante werkervaring.

Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring als Project Manager binnen de sector van infrastructuur, telecom, nutsbedrijven of bouw.

Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het gelijktijdig beheren van meerdere complexe projecten vanaf de initiatiefase tot aan de uitvoeringsgereedheid.

Je beschikt over sterke vaardigheden in stakeholder management, inclusief ervaring met gemeentelijke instanties en vergunningsprocessen.

Je bent vertrouwd met procesverbetering, verandermanagement en bezit een pragmatische, resultaatgerichte en hands-on instelling.

Je communiceert professioneel en vloeiend in zowel het Nederlands als het Engels.

Kennis van glasvezelnetwerken, GIS-tools, gebiedsinformatieplatforms (zoals GIPOD) of bezit van een VCA-certificaat vormen een waardevolle troef.
