Wij zoeken een Project Manager die klaar is om infrastructurele projecten van A tot Z in goede banen te leiden. Van slimme planning en strakke coördinatie tot het bewaken van budget, timing en veiligheid, jij hebt het allemaal in de vingers. Jij zorgt dat alles klopt, op en naast de weg.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

  • Verantwoordelijk voor de uitvoering van bouwprojecten en de controle van voorbereidingen.
  • Beheren van de planning en samenwerking met de studiedienst.
  • Aansturen van site managers en communiceren van wijzigingen aan interne stakeholders.
  • Zorgdragen voor de rendabiliteit van materieel en relatiebeheer met leveranciers en onderaannemers.
  • Financiële opvolging met interne en externe partijen.

Kwaliteit, Milieu, Gezondheid en Veiligheid:

  • Naleving van veiligheidsnormen en samenwerking met de preventiedienst.
  • Controleren van het gebruik van persoonlijke beschermingsmiddelen (PBM's) en milieunaleving.

Peoplemanagement:

  • Coördineren van personeel op de werven, inclusief opleiding, motivatie en evaluaties.

Financieel beheer:

  • Opstellen en controleren van werfbudgetten en maandelijke rapportages.

Verantwoordiging en Klantrelaties:

  • Leidinggeven aan werfvergaderingen en de onderneming vertegenwoordigen bij de werf.

Wie ben jij?

  • Master in Bouwkunde of relevante ervaring; minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in (wegen)bouw.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands, goede kennis van Frans en Engels.
  • Ervaring in teamleiding, met sterke communicatieve en onderhandelingsvaardigheden.
