Voor een complexe industriële productieomgeving zoeken we een ervaren Freelance Project Manager met sterke ervaring binnen Automatisering, Project Engineering en CAPEX-projecten.

Je bent verantwoordelijk voor technische investerings- en optimalisatieprojecten binnen een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving en volgt projecten op over de volledige lifecycle: van engineering tot commissioning en hand-over naar operations.

Je werkt nauw samen met interne stakeholders, leveranciers, integratoren en externe engineering partners binnen een multidisciplinair engineeringteam.

Functieomschrijving

  • Verantwoordelijk voor CAPEX-projecten binnen een complexe productieomgeving
  • Opvolgen van projecten van Basic Engineering tot Detailed Engineering, uitvoering en opstart
  • Coördineren van Commissioning, FAT/SAT en uiteindelijke hand-over naar operations
  • Werken volgens het interne Stage-Gate principe voor projectopvolging en beslissingsmomenten
  • Organiseren en begeleiden van Steering Committees (SteerCo’s) met verschillende stakeholders
  • Opstellen en opvolgen van Commissioning Reports en technische projectdocumentatie
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van externe leveranciers, integratoren en engineering bureaus
  • Samenwerken met een multidisciplinair engineeringteam van high-level engineers
  • Bewaken van: Budgetten Planning Kwaliteit Safety
  • Stakeholder management met operations, maintenance, productie, kwaliteit en externe partijen
  • Technische opvolging van automatiserings- en optimalisatieprojecten
  • Ondersteunen van verbeteringsprojecten rond Continuous Improvement
  • Zorgen voor een efficiënte en pragmatische projectuitvoering binnen een dynamische productieomgeving
  • Ervaring als Project Manager of Project Engineer binnen industriële productieomgevingen
  • Sterke kennis van: Automatisering CAPEX-projecten Project Engineering Commissioning FAT/SAT
  • Ervaring met projectopvolging volgens een Stage-Gate methodologie
  • Ervaring met stakeholder management en het organiseren van SteerCo’s
  • Ervaring binnen productie- en verpakkingsomgevingen is een sterke plus
  • Kennis van: Packaging & handling systemen Procesinstallaties Continuous Improvement
  • Kennis van Ketels en SIP-installaties is een grote plus
  • Ervaring binnen gereguleerde productieomgevingen is een plus
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en organisatorische skills
  • Hands-on ingesteld en in staat om snelheid te maken binnen projecten
