Voor een snelgroeiend en innovatief ingenieursbureau, gespecialiseerd in laagspanningsinstallaties en datacenterinfrastructuur, zijn wij op zoek naar een Project Manager Datacenterfaciliteiten.

Deze organisatie fungeert als kenniscentrum en ontwikkelt hoogtechnologische, geprefabriceerde datacenteroplossingen in nauwe samenwerking met haar klanten. Projecten bevinden zich in kritische omgevingen waar betrouwbaarheid, kwaliteit en timing essentieel zijn — vergelijkbaar met internationale onderzoekscentra en high-tech industriële spelers.

Jouw rol:

  • Als Project Manager ben je end-to-end verantwoordelijk voor de realisatie van datacenterprojecten: van klantorder tot installatie, inbedrijfstelling en finale oplevering.
  • Je fungeert als enkel aanspreekpunt voor de klant en vormt de schakel tussen externe stakeholders en interne afdelingen zoals Engineering, Supply Chain, Productie en Service.
  • Je leidt multidisciplinaire projectteams en zorgt ervoor dat elk project wordt opgeleverd binnen scope, timing, budget en kwaliteitsvereisten.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Analyseren van de technische en commerciële haalbaarheid van projecten
  • Leiden van de volledige projectlevenscyclus: contractreview, engineering, inkoop, productie, installatie, commissioning en overdracht naar service
  • Coördineren van interne teams (sales, engineering, supply chain, productie, installatie)
  • Kritisch beoordelen van technische documentatie en ontwerpen
  • Onderhouden van nauwe contacten met klanten, leveranciers en onderaannemers
  • Organiseren en leiden van project- en stuurgroep vergaderingen
  • Bewaken van projectbudgetten, kosten, forecasting, facturatie en marges
  • Garanderen van naleving van technische standaarden en contractuele afspraken
  • Actief bijdragen aan de verbetering van projectmanagementprocessen, tools en standaarden

Jouw profiel :

  • Masterdiploma in de ingenieurswetenschappen (elektrotechniek, elektromechanica, elektronica, werktuigbouwkunde of gelijkaardig)
  • Minstens 5 tot 10 jaar ervaring in het managen van complexe, klantgerichte projecten in een industriële en internationale context
  • Grondige kennis van projectmanagementmethodologieën (PMP / Prince2 is een plus)
  • Sterk technisch inzicht in mechanische, elektrische en/of besturingssystemen
  • Ervaring met budgetbeheer, kostencontrole en financiële opvolging
  • Uitstekende communicatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden, ook op C-level
  • Proactief, oplossingsgericht, zelfstandig en hands-on ingesteld
  • Vlotte kennis van Engels en Nederlands en/of Frans
  • Bereidheid om beperkt te reizen (±10%)
