Bedrijf

Onze klant is een internationale industriële groep, gespecialiseerd in technische oplossingen voor het transport van drinkwater en ruw water en voor diverse infrastructuurprojecten.

De organisatie combineert de slagkracht van een internationale groep met de dynamiek van een lokale onderneming. In België werken ongeveer 30 medewerkers samen aan duurzame en technisch uitdagende projecten.

Om de verdere groei in Vlaanderen te ondersteunen, zoekt onze klant een Project Manager.

Jobomschrijving

Als Project Manager begeleid je infrastructuurprojecten gedurende hun volledige levenscyclus, van het eerste ontwerp en de aanbestedingsfase tot de uitvoering en oplevering.

Je fungeert als technisch aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen en vertaalt technische behoeften naar haalbare en duurzame oplossingen.

Jouw belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden

  • Opvolgen van infrastructuurprojecten en marktontwikkelingen binnen jouw regio.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met openbare besturen, studiebureaus, aannemers en andere stakeholders.
  • Adviseren over technische oplossingen en productspecificaties.
  • Opvolgen van openbare aanbestedingen en raamovereenkomsten.
  • Analyseren van technische en commerciële projectvereisten.
  • Uitwerken en opvolgen van offertes in samenwerking met interne teams.
  • Ondersteunen van klanten tijdens aanbestedings- en uitvoeringsfases.
  • Coördineren van projecten en leveringen tot aan de realisatie.
  • Samenwerken met interne diensten zoals logistiek, productie, administratie en customer service.
  • Detecteren van nieuwe projectopportuniteiten binnen jouw regio.

Team en management

Je maakt deel uit van de Belgische organisatie, waar ongeveer 30 collega's actief zijn.

Je werkt nauw samen met commerciële, technische en operationele teams en onderhoudt dagelijks contacten met externe partners en klanten.

Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Sales Manager, die inzet op vertrouwen, autonomie en verantwoordelijkheid. De organisatie kenmerkt zich door korte communicatielijnen, snelle besluitvorming en een pragmatische aanpak.

Opleiding & technische vaardigheden

  • Bachelor- of masterdiploma in een technische richting zoals bouwkunde, infrastructuur, waterbeheer, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Relevante ervaring in projectmanagement, engineering, technisch advies of een vergelijkbare technische functie.
  • Sterk inzicht in technische projecten en multidisciplinaire omgevingen.
  • Ervaring met stakeholdermanagement en projectcoördinatie.
  • Ervaring binnen infrastructuur, bouw of watergerelateerde projecten is een plus.
  • Kennis van openbare aanbestedingen is een belangrijke meerwaarde.
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en voldoende professionele talenkennis om in een meertalige omgeving te functioneren.
