Gérer le projet de A à Z

  • En tant que point de contact principal, vous assurez le suivi quotidien et la bonne communication avec le client.
  • Vous gérez les plannings et les KPI et veillez au bon déroulement des missions.
  • Au quotidien, vous participez à l'opérationnel : recrutement, contrats, intégration, remplacements et suivi administratif.
  • Anticiper les besoins du client vous permet d'adapter notre service à sa réalité quotidienne.

Accompagner et coacher votre équipe

  • Encadrez et motivez les consultants de l'agence au quotidien.
  • Vous contribuez à une ambiance positive et accordez une attention particulière au suivi de chaque collaborateur.
  • En période intense, vous êtes prêt(e) à mettre la main à la pâte et à soutenir concrètement l'équipe.

Développer une collaboration durable

  • Vous développez une relation de confiance et durable avec le client.
  • À l'écoute de ses besoins, vous identifiez de nouvelles opportunités pour renforcer le partenariat.
  • Une communication fluide avec les différents départements garantit une collaboration efficace.
  • Vous avez de l’expérience dans l’intérim ou le recrutement, c’est essentiel.
  • Vous aimez coordonner, coacher et garder le cap, même quand tout bouge autour de vous.
  • Le travail en équipe, c’est dans votre nature : vous savez motiver et accompagner vos collègues.
  • Vous êtes flexible et prêt.e à vous adapter aux hauts et bas du rythme touristique.
  • Vous parlez parfaitement le français. Le néerlandais ou l’anglais ? Un grand plus !
