Onze klant, een dynamisch bedrijf in volle groei, zoekt een ambitieuze Project Manager om hun team te versterken. Als Project Manager speel je een cruciale rol in het succes van onze elektrotechnische totaalprojecten en werk je nauw samen met de Technisch Directeur.

Functie omschrijving Functieomschrijving Project Manager:

  • Leidinggeven aan diverse elektrotechnische totaalprojecten en fungeren als schakel tussen het projectteam en de bestuurders.
  • Analyseren van projectplannen, lastenboeken en schema's om effectieve werkvoorbereidingen te maken voor een vlotte uitvoering.
  • Coördineren en ondersteunen van projectteams, waarbij je actief bijdraagt aan het behalen van projectdoelstellingen.
  • Samenwerken met de Technisch Directeur aan korte en lange termijnplanningen, met een focus op efficiëntie en resultaatgerichtheid.
  • Verantwoordelijk voor het tijdig opleveren van projecten binnen de gestelde rendabiliteitseisen.
  • Bijdragen aan het naleven van kwaliteits-, veiligheids-, gezondheids- en milieubeleid op de werven.
  • Zorgen voor een nauwkeurige administratieve afhandeling van projecten.

Profiel Project Manager:

  • Bachelor/Master in Elektrotechnieken, Elektriciteit, Elektronica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring in het leiden van elektrotechnische projecten.
  • Sterke leiderschapskwaliteiten en het vermogen om projectteams te motiveren.
  • Up-to-date kennis van technieken in gebouwen, zowel theoretisch als praktisch.
  • Vertrouwd met wetgevingen, normen en engineeringstools in de sector.
  • Analytisch sterk, resultaatgericht en nauwkeurig.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.
