Voor een groeiende en financieel gezonde onderneming zoeken we een Project Manager die projecten binnen elektrotechniek van offerte tot oplevering begeleidt.

Functieomschrijving

  • Als Project Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van technische projecten binnen de tertiaire sector.
  • Je bent het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, architecten, studiebureaus en interne medewerkers en zorgt ervoor dat projecten kwalitatief, veilig en binnen de afgesproken timing worden gerealiseerd.

Een typische werkdag?

  • Je bespreekt de behoeften van de klant, maakt offertes op en vertaalt technische vereisten naar duidelijke plannen en instructies voor de uitvoerende teams.
  • Je stelt planningen op, bestelt materialen en volgt de voortgang van jouw projecten nauwgezet op.
  • Daarnaast verzorg je de administratieve opvolging, waaronder vorderingsstaten, afrekeningen, facturatie en as built dossiers.
  • Je neemt actief deel aan planningsvergaderingen en bewaakt de kwaliteit, veiligheid en rendabiliteit van jouw projecten.
  • De projecten situeren zich binnen onder andere elektriciteit, branddetectie, toegangscontrole, databekabeling, domotica en glasvezelinstallaties.
  • Masterdiploma elektrotechniek of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
  • Minimum 2 jaar ervaring als Project Manager of gelijkaardige functie
  • Goede kennis van Nederlands en Frans
  • Ervaring binnen elektrotechnische projecten
  • Kennis van glasvezelwerken en kopernetwerken is een pluspunt
