Als Projectmanager Elektro ben je verantwoordelijk voor het succesvol leiden en realiseren van elektrotechnische projecten van begin tot eind. Je bent betrokken bij diverse projecten, variërend van utiliteitsbouw tot industriële projecten. Je stuurt een team van specialisten aan, bewaakt de voortgang en zorgt ervoor dat projecten binnen de gestelde tijd, budget en kwaliteit worden opgeleverd. Je hebt oog voor klanttevredenheid en zorgt voor een goede communicatie met alle betrokken partijen.

Verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Het leiden en coördineren van elektrotechnische projecten, van ontwerp tot oplevering.
  • Het aansturen en motiveren van een multidisciplinair projectteam.
  • Het bewaken van de voortgang, kosten en kwaliteit van projecten.
  • Het opstellen en beheren van projectplannen, budgetten en tijdschema's.
  • Het onderhouden van contacten met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers en leveranciers.
  • Het signaleren en oplossen van eventuele knelpunten en risico's in projecten.
  • Het bewaken van de naleving van de geldende normen, voorschriften en wetgeving.
  • Het zorgen voor een heldere communicatie en goede samenwerking binnen het projectteam.
  • Het evalueren van projecten en het implementeren van verbeteringen.
  • Een technische opleiding in de richting van elektrotechniek of vergelijkbaar.
  • Ruime ervaring als Projectmanager in de elektrotechnische sector.
  • Gedegen kennis van elektrotechnische installaties en systemen.
  • Ervaring met het leiden van multidisciplinaire projectteams.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en het vermogen om projecten effectief te plannen en te beheren.
  • Uitstekende communicatieve en leiderschapsvaardigheden.
  • Resultaatgericht en besluitvaardig in het nemen van acties.
  • Flexibiliteit en het vermogen om onder druk te werken en deadlines te halen.
  • In het bezit van een geldig rijbewijs
