  • Je leidt ERP-projecten, van kleinere implementaties tot complexe trajecten
  • Je motiveert en begeleidt teams richting een goed resultaat
  • Je merkt snel waar het dreigt te vast te lopen en stuurt bij waar nodig
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met klanten, collega’s en andere betrokkenen
  • Je bewaakt deadlines, budgetten en opvolging van facturatie en administratie
  • Je zorgt dat alles netjes opgevolgd wordt doorheen het project

Wat jij kan, maakt het verschil

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring met het leiden van ERP-projecten, bij voorkeur Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
  • Je bent sterk in plannen, organiseren en mensen mee krijgen in een project
  • Je herkent risico’s snel en weet wanneer je moet bijsturen
  • Je werkt gestructureerd en houdt deadlines en budgetten goed in de gaten
  • Je communiceert helder en makkelijk met klanten, collega’s en partner
