The posting

Als Project Manager stuur je projecten op van offertefase tot en met oplevering en ben je het centrale aanspreekpunt voor klanten, architecten en studiebureaus. Je werkt aan uiteenlopende projecten binnen de tertiaire en industriële omgeving, met opdrachten die variëren van nieuwbouw en uitbreidingen tot interventies en depannages.

Je vertaalt de noden van de klant naar een duidelijke en haalbare uitvoering, bewaakt de planning en zorgt ervoor dat de juiste materialen tijdig besteld worden. Je maakt of wijzigt plannen en schema’s in Autocad 2D, volgt de werven mee op in samenwerking met de werfleider en houdt grip op de voortgang, kwaliteit en communicatie.

Je verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • opmaken en opvolgen van offertes en commerciële dossiers;
  • voeren van besprekingen met klanten en bouwpartners;
  • opmaken en aanpassen van plannen en schema’s voor de uitvoerende medewerkers;
  • plannen van de werken en afstemmen van de materiaalbestellingen op de werfplanning;
  • opvolgen van lopende projecten, vorderingsstaten, afrekeningen en maandelijkse verrekeningen;
  • aanleveren van as-built dossiers en mee zorgen voor een correcte en volledige oplevering;
  • actief deelnemen aan de wekelijkse planningsvergadering en helder communiceren over de stand van zaken;
  • zelfstandig beheren van je agenda met aandacht voor deadlines, lopende dossiers en interne afspraken.

De projecten situeren zich binnen een brede waaier aan elektrotechnische domeinen, waaronder middenspanning, laagspanning, bordenbouw, branddetectie, domotica, toegangscontrole, databekabeling en glasvezelinstallaties.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een organisatorische en communicatieve professional met minimaal 3 tot 5 jaar ervaring in projectopvolging, werfcoördinatie of een gelijkaardige technische omgeving. Je houdt van structuur, kan prioriteiten scherp zetten en voelt je comfortabel in contact met klanten, interne collega’s en externe partners.

Je brengt mee:

  • een Bachelor/Master- of gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond, bij voorkeur in elektrotechniek, elektriciteit, automatisering of bouw;
  • ervaring met het coördineren van projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering;
  • vlotte kennis van Autocad 2D of de bereidheid om je hierin snel in te werken;
  • sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een nauwgezette opvolging van planning, budget en administratie;
  • een klantgerichte en professionele communicatiestijl;
  • het vermogen om zelfstandig te werken, zonder het team uit het oog te verliezen;
  • een praktische ingesteldheid en voldoende technische affiniteit om plannen, schema’s en uitvoeringsdetails correct te interpreteren;
  • ervaring met het opmaken van vorderingsstaten, afrekeningen of projectadministratie is een pluspunt;
  • een goede kennis van het Nederlands; extra talenkennis is mooi meegenomen.

Je bent stressbestendig, denkt oplossingsgericht en weet ook in een dynamische omgeving het overzicht te bewaren. Flexibiliteit en nauwkeurigheid zijn belangrijk, net als het vermogen om vlot te schakelen tussen meerdere projecten tegelijk.
