Ihr neues Aufgabenfeld - motivierend und zukunftsorientiert:

* Sie übernehmen die Verantwortung für das gesamte Lebenszyklusmanagement von Grid-Control-Projekten in Österreich und Europa. * Projekte werden von Ihnen von der Planung über die Umsetzung bis hin zur Lieferung und zu langfristigen Servicevereinbarungen geleitet. * Als zentrale Ansprechperson für Kund:innen und wichtige Stakeholder stellen Sie eine klare und verlässliche Kommunikation sicher. * Die Verantwortung für Projektperformance, finanzielle Ergebnisse, Qualität, Kundenzufriedenheit und Fortschritt über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus hinweg liegt bei Ihnen. * In enger Zusammenarbeit mit multidisziplinären Teams koordinieren Sie Ressourcen und steuern Risiken sowie Chancen, um eine erfolgreiche Projektumsetzung sicherzustellen. * Darüber hinaus tragen Sie zur Weiterentwicklung moderner Projektmanagement-Praktiken bei, indem Sie traditionelle und agile Arbeitsweisen dort kombinieren, wo dies sinnvoll ist.

Ihre Qualifikationen - fundiert und adäquat:

* Abgeschlossene höhere technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Universität) im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Informatik oder gleichwertige Qualifikation * Fundierte und mehrjährige Erfahrung in der eigenständigen Leitung komplexer Projekte im IT, Energie oder Industrie Umfeld * Alternativ: Junior-Projektmanager:innen mit Erfahrung in der technischen Projektleitung oder als Lead Engineer, die ihre PM-Kompetenzen gezielt ausbauen wollen * Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Stakeholder-Management-Fähigkeiten * Unternehmerisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, Vertrauen bei Kund:innen und Kolleg:innen aufzubauen * Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden sowie Projekt-/Service-Management-Frameworks wie IPMA, PMP, PMI, PRINCE2 oder ITIL von Vorteil * Kenntnisse im Bereich elektrischer Übertragung und Verteilung von Vorteil, aber keine Voraussetzung * Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift erforderlich
