Project Manager Hoogspanning - Alken - Voltijdse functie

Ben jij de projectmanager die complexe hoogspanningsprojecten kan vertalen naar duidelijke en haalbare uitvoeringsplannen? Bij ons krijg je de kans om samen te werken met engineering, sales, uitvoering en externe partners om technisch uitdagende projecten binnen de energie- en industriële infrastructuur succesvol op te leveren.

  • Ben je bekend met projectmanagementtools zoals MS Project?
  • Spreek je vlot Nederlands?

Als Project Manager Hoogspanning ben je verantwoordelijk voor:

  1. Projectopvolging: Zorg voor tijdige en rendabele voltooiing van hoogspanningsprojecten, coördineer de uitvoering, planning en logistiek op projectniveau, en stem af met engineering, opdrachtgevers en onderaannemers.
  2. Budgettering en financiële opvolging: Stel en beheer projectbudgetten, beheer kostprijzen en meer-/minderwerk en rapporteer maandelijks over de voortgang en financiële status naar stakeholders.
  3. Veiligheid en kwaliteit: Zorg voor naleving van VMA-veiligheidsregels, implementeer veiligheidsplannen en initiëer kwaliteitscontroles.
  4. Technisch advies en innovatie: Lever technisch advies tijdens de ontwerp- en uitvoeringsfase en draag bij aan de verbetering en toepassing van nieuwe technieken.
  5. Team- en stakeholdermanagement: Stuur projectteams aan, organiseer werfvergaderingen en beheer klantrelaties.

Wat verwachten wij van jou? Je hebt een bachelor of master in elektrotechniek, energietechnologie, industriële wetenschappen of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met hoogspanningsprojecten en bouw- of netwerkinfrastructuur.

Je beschikt over:

  • Kennis van relevante normen en regelgeving rond hoogspanning en veiligheid.
  • Ervaring met projectmanagementtools (MS Project, Office) en budgetbeheer.
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en ervaring met stakeholdermanagement.
  • Organisatorische vaardigheden, resultaatgerichtheid, autonomie en leergierigheid.
  • Vloeiend Nederlands; kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een plus.
