Ben jij een ervaren projectleider die klaar is voor de volgende stap in technisch management? Voor een dynamisch en groeiend bedrijf in Geel zoeken wij een Project Manager.

??? Jouw dag als Project Manager

In deze rol draag je de eindverantwoordelijkheid voor een project, van de prille voorstudie tot de definitieve oplevering. Jouw takenpakket is strategisch, technisch en commercieel:

  • Totaalbeheer: Je stuurt de technische kant van projecten aan (HVAC, elektriciteit en leidingwerk) en beheert de administratieve, contractuele en financiële rendabiliteit.
  • Commercieel Advies: Je bestudeert lastenboeken en verwerkt prijsaanvragen tot heldere offertes, die je vervolgens met overtuiging verdedigt bij de klant.
  • Onderhandeling: Je selecteert leveranciers en onderaannemers en voert scherpe onderhandelingen op basis van prijs en kwaliteit.
  • Leidinggeven: Je stelt het projectteam samen (engineering, werfbezetting) en stuurt hen aan tijdens de voorbereiding en uitvoering om de opleverdatum te garanderen.
  • Relatiebeheer: Je bent het vaste aanspreekpunt voor de klant en onderhoudt nauwe contacten gedurende het hele proces.

Profiel

?? Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een Bachelor- of Masterdiploma (Industrieel Ingenieur) of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in projectmanagement en totaalbeheer (planning, financieel, kwaliteit).
  • Je beschikt over een diepgaande technische kennis van HVAC en piping.
  • Je bent vertrouwd met instrumentatie, afsluiters, PID, isometriën en relevante normen zoals PED, ATEX, ASME en DIN.
  • Je spreekt en schrijft perfect Nederlands.
  • Je bent analytisch sterk en weet een team te motiveren om technische uitdagingen om te zetten in successen.
