Onze klant is een Belgische groep van technische installatiebedrijven, actief in drie hoofdsegmenten: HVAC, koeltechniek en technisch onderhoud. De centrale vestiging bevindt zich in Lokeren, en de groep richt zich specifiek op complexe projecten in de utiliteitsbouw en de industrie.

Jobomschrijving

Als Project Manager Koeling in Lokeren ben je verantwoordelijk voor de volledige opvolging van koeltechnische projecten, van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je vormt de schakel tussen klanten, techniekers, werfleiders, leveranciers en onderaannemers en zorgt dat projecten technisch, kwalitatief, veilig en binnen planning en budget worden uitgevoerd.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Opvolgen van projecten van studie tot oplevering;
  • Analyseren van technische dossiers, plannen en lastenboeken;
  • Plannen en coördineren van werken en benodigde middelen;
  • Aansturen en opvolgen van techniekers, werfleiders en onderaannemers;
  • Organiseren van werfvergaderingen en rapportering;
  • Opvolgen van leveranciers, offertes en bestellingen;
  • Bewaken van planning, budget, kwaliteit en veiligheid;
  • Coördineren van testen, inbedrijfstelling en oplevering;
  • Verzorgen van de administratieve projectopvolging.

Een veelzijdige technische functie voor iemand die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt, sterk organiseert en vlot schakelt tussen verschillende partijen.

We zoeken een technisch sterke en communicatieve professional met ervaring in projectopvolging, koeltechniek, HVAC of elektromechanica. Je hebt bij voorkeur een bachelor of industrieel ingenieursdiploma, of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

We verwachten van jou:

  • Ervaring in projectmanagement of werfcoördinatie;
  • Goede kennis van planning, bestellingen en werfadministratie;
  • Goede kennis van MS Office en AutoCAD;
  • Sterke communicatieve en organisatorische vaardigheden;
  • Analytisch, stressbestendig en oplossingsgericht;
  • Zelfstandig én een teamspeler;
  • Kennis van Frans en/of Engels is een plus.

Je combineert techniek, planning en coördinatie en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid op binnen uitdagende projecten.
