Ben jij iemand die graag het overzicht bewaart, mensen samenbrengt en verantwoordelijkheid neemt van A tot Z? Konnekt is momenteel op zoek naar een Project Manager voor een internationaal actieve machinebouwer. Je begeleidt technische projecten van orderbevestiging tot oplevering en vormt de schakel tussen klanten, leveranciers en de verschillende interne teams.

Je komt terecht in een technische en internationale omgeving waar geen twee projecten hetzelfde zijn. Je bewaakt planning, budget en kwaliteit, stuurt het ontwerpteam aan en zorgt ervoor dat elke fase – van engineering en productie tot montage en commissioning – vlot op elkaar aansluit. Een rol met veel verantwoordelijkheid, afwisseling en impact, binnen een organisatie met korte communicatielijnen en ruimte voor initiatief.

Functieomschrijving

  • Je beheert je projecten van orderbevestiging tot oplevering en bewaakt scope, planning, budget en kwaliteit.
  • Je stuurt het interne ontwerpteam aan, bewaakt technische keuzes en zorgt ervoor dat deadlines worden gehaald.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor klanten en leveranciers en coördineert de samenwerking met aankoop, productie, montage en commissioning.
  • Je volgt projecten ook op locatie op, zowel in binnen- als buitenland, detecteert tijdig risico’s en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Je hebt bij voorkeur een master in elektromechanica, mechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische achtergrond, aangevuld met enkele jaren relevante ervaring.
  • Je combineert sterk technisch inzicht met een goed gevoel voor planning, budget en organisatie en behoudt het overzicht binnen complexe projecten.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en weet mensen aan te sturen, zowel intern als in samenwerking met klanten en leveranciers. Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Engels.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid, maar bent ook een echte teamplayer en staat open voor internationale verplaatsingen.
