The posting

Voor een technisch bedrijf gespecialiseerd in waterbouwkundige en offshore projecten zoeken we een Projectmanager Offshore Cabling.

Je komt terecht in een internationale omgeving waar projecten worden uitgevoerd binnen onder andere offshore energie, waterbouw, infrastructuur en maritieme activiteiten.

Voor de offshoreprojecten wordt gewerkt met een eigen kabellegschip. Als Projectmanager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en uitvoering van projecten, zowel vanuit de Belgische uitvalsbasis als op internationale projectlocaties.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

Als Projectmanager volg je projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering en vorm je de schakel tussen het hoofdkantoor, interne diensten, klanten en het projectteam.

Je staat onder andere in voor:

  • Voorbereiden en organiseren van projecten van A tot Z.
  • Coördineren van interne diensten, projectteams en externe partners.
  • Optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt voor de klant.
  • Opvolgen van de dagelijkse projectuitvoering op locatie.
  • Aansturen en ondersteunen van site managers en projectmedewerkers.
  • Opvolgen van planning, budget, procurement en onderaannemers.
  • Coördineren van de mobilisatie van materieel en equipment.
  • Opvolgen van technische voorbereiding en design.
  • Rapporteren over de voortgang aan het hoofdkantoor.
  • Bewaken van veiligheid, kwaliteit en milieu.
  • Bijsturen waar nodig en oplossingen zoeken bij technische of organisatorische problemen.

Tijdens de uitvoering ben je bereid om het project in het buitenland op te volgen volgens een rotatiesysteem. De exacte locatie is afhankelijk van het project.

Jouw profiel

Je bent een ervaren projectprofessional die graag verantwoordelijkheid neemt en overzicht behoudt binnen complexe technische projecten.

Je beschikt over:

  • Een diploma industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur in een technische richting, of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Minimaal 10 jaar relevante ervaring binnen marine-, offshore-, energie- of vergelijkbare technische projecten.
  • Ervaring met het coördineren en aansturen van multidisciplinaire teams.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een goed overzicht.
  • Een praktische en resultaatgerichte aanpak.
  • Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte ingesteldheid.
  • Bereidheid om internationaal te werken in een rotatiesysteem.
  • Een goede kennis van Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Ervaring met MS Project en Microsoft Office is belangrijk. Kennis van AutoCAD en Civil 3D is een pluspunt.
