Voor een productiebedrijf in Noord-Holland dat volledig maatwerk composietproducten ontwikkelt voor de bouw- en maritieme sector, zoeken we een Project Planner in de omgeving van Alkmaar die de logistieke keten van order tot oplevering in de hand houdt. Ons aanbod - Een brutosalaris tussen € 3.500 en € 4.200 per maand, op basis van 40 uur per week; - 27 vakantiedagen per jaar; - Een bonusregeling van maximaal 10% van je jaarsalaris bij het realiseren van KPI-doelstellingen; - Een opleidingsbudget van € 1.500 per jaar voor vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling; - Kilometervergoeding van € 0,23 voor woon-werkverkeer; - Een laptop van de zaak; - Een jaarcontract, bij goed functioneren gevolgd door een vast dienstverband. Wat ga je doen als Project Planner - Per project een productieplanning opstellen en die bewaken van orderbevestiging tot en met oplevering; - De capaciteitsplanning afstemmen met de productievloer en het engineeringteam; - Knelpunten in de Supply Chain tijdig herkennen en de benodigde bijsturingen doorvoeren; - Voortgang rapporteren aan de projectleiding, met de OTIF-prestaties als leidraad; - Levertijden bewaken via leveranciersmanagement en directe afstemming met de inkoopafdeling. Wat zijn je kwaliteiten als Project Planner - Een afgeronde hbo-opleiding in Supply Chain management, technische bedrijfskunde of een aanverwante richting; - Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een planningsrol bij een productie- of maakbedrijf; - Kennis van procesoptimalisatie en praktische ervaring met ERP; - Sterk in Supply Chain analyse en het omzetten van planningsdata naar concrete acties; - Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
