Jij voert regie over de volledige keten, van orderintake tot oplevering, en bent het punt waarop productie, inkoop en montage sturen. Wat kun je verwachten? - Een bruto maandsalaris van € 4.000,- tot € 5.500,- op basis van 40 uur, afhankelijk van ervaring en bewezen resultaat; - 24 vakantiedagen, 8,33% vakantiegeld en een solide pensioenregeling; - Een kilometervergoeding van € 0,23 en een eigen bedrijfscoach voor je volgende stap; - De vrijheid om het planningsproces opnieuw in te richten, inclusief de keuze voor tooling; - Een senior positie als Project Planner met korte lijnen naar directie en werkvloer: jouw voorstel ligt deze week op tafel, niet volgend kwartaal. Wat ga je doen als Project Planner? - Je vertaalt de orderintake naar een haalbare productie en montageplanning en bewaakt die tot aan oplevering; - Je verdeelt capaciteit, materiaal en vakmensen over alle lopende projecten heen en bepaalt bij schaarste zelf wat voorgaat; - Je herontwerpt het planningsproces: welke stappen kunnen weg, welke stuurinformatie mis je en hoe maak je de doorlooptijd voorspelbaar; - Je ziet risico's in levertijden en beschikbaarheid weken vooruit aankomen en escaleert onderbouwd richting directie; - Je bent sparringpartner voor projectmanagement en inkoop zodra een klantwens de planning raakt.
