Dit ga je doen Je bent dé spil in de projectadministratie van meerdere teams binnen Techniek: Railinfra, Operationeel Techniek, het Projectenbureau en Areaalmanagement, Materieelverwerving en SHEQ. Als eerste aanspreekpunt voor jouw collega's houd jij het overzicht over lopende zaken. Je zorgt ervoor dat de administratie vlot verloopt en dat alles tot in de puntjes klopt. Door middel van samenwerking met verschillende stakeholders, bewaak je met het team de voortgang van projecten en draag je bij aan een efficiënte uitvoering. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Coördineren van de werkzaamheden van het administratieteam. - Nauwkeurig vastleggen van projectgegevens en zorgen voor een actuele administratie. - Afstemmen van financiële gegevens met de centrale administratie en toezien op correcte verwerking. - Afhandelen van probleemfacturen, afstemmen met betrokkenen en verwerken van projecturen. - Opstellen van financiële overzichten en archiveren van belangrijke documenten.
