Heb jij dat scherpe oog voor detail en ben je een organisatietalent in hart en nieren?

Als projectanalist bij onze afdeling binnendeuren sta je in voor een grondige analyse van lastenboeken, bouwkundige plannen, meetstaten en technische fiches, zodat elk project technisch correct en volledig voorbereid is. Je vertaalt deze informatie naar nauwkeurige calculaties en stelt heldere, klantgerichte offertes op. Daarnaast zorg je ervoor dat alle projectdocumentatie – zoals deurlijsten, technische tekeningen en as-built dossiers – steeds up-to-date blijft.

Bij kleinere projecten tot € 50.000 neem je de volledige verantwoordelijkheid op jou: van calculatie en planning tot de aankoop, communicatie met de klant, opvolging tijdens de uitvoering en de uiteindelijke afrekening. Voor middelgrote en grote projecten ondersteun je de projectleider actief in de operationele uitvoering. Door nauw samen te werken met zowel interne collega’s als externe partners, zorg je voor een vlotte en kwalitatieve projectafhandeling.

  • Je volgde een bacheloropleiding binnen bedrijfs-, office-, organisation, KMO- of (intl) business- magement of gelijkwaardig door ervaring en hebt sterke interesse in bouwkunde/hout.
  • Communiceren in het Nederlands kan je vlekkeloos en gesprekken in het Frans schrikken je niet af (- technische termen leer je kennen on the job).
  • Je hebt computervaardigheden en grondige kennis van MS-Office (Word, PowerPoint en Excel).
  • Je hebt een notie van Autocad of bent gemotiveerd om je hier in te verdiepen.
  • Elke dag garandeer je de klant stiptheid, rendement, kwaliteit en veiligheid.
  • Je durft te vragen en kijkt ernaar uit om zeer specifieke kennis te vergaren: je bent leergierig!
  • Je bent graag bezig met cijfers en hanteert een nauwkeurige, gestructureerde en analytische aanpak.

Als projectanalist technische deuren kun je goed zelfstandig werken en wordt jouw manier van werken gekenmerkt door orde en structuur, met steeds oog voor kwaliteit. Tijdens het uitvoeren van je taken neem je een proactieve houding aan en streef je ernaar anderen te motiveren.
