Projectcoördinator Kampen 32 - 40 uur Functieomschrijving Je start je werkdag in Kampen, waar collega's dagelijks samenwerken om Aziatische en Afrikaanse A-merken bij klanten door heel Europa te krijgen. Achter die internationale operatie staan systemen, processen en projecten die continu in beweging zijn. Als Projectcoördinator Business & IT zorg jij ervoor dat deze projecten overzichtelijk blijven en mensen weten wat er van hen wordt verwacht. Je coördineert projecten op het snijvlak van business en IT. Kleinere projecten pak je zelfstandig op en bij grotere verander-, digitaliserings- en implementatietrajecten werk je nauw samen met de projectmanager. Je bewaakt planningen, brengt mensen bij elkaar en zorgt dat acties daadwerkelijk worden opgevolgd. Zo lever je vanuit Kampen een zichtbare bijdrage aan procesverbeteringen, applicatie-implementaties, systeemintegraties en digitalisering. Jouw verantwoordelijkheden als Projectcoördinator Business & IT: - Coördineren van projectactiviteiten en bewaken van planning, acties en voortgang - Organiseren van projectoverleggen en opstellen van voortgangsrapportages - Signaleren van risico's, knelpunten en afhankelijkheden - Coördineren van testen, trainingen en acceptatieactiviteiten - Afstemmen met proceseigenaren, gebruikers, IT-specialisten en leveranciers - Vertalen van behoeften vanuit de business naar concrete projectactiviteiten De opdrachtgever Asia Express Food in Kampen is onderdeel van de Brouwer Groep en importeert A-merken uit Azië en Afrika voor klanten door heel Europa. Van retailers en horecagroothandels tot etnische winkels en e-commerceplatformen. De organisatie heeft een sterk internationaal karakter: er worden meer dan twintig talen gesproken.
