Als Projectcoördinator Elektrotechniek bewaak je de planning, stem je af met verschillende betrokkenen en zorg je ervoor dat het projectteam altijd over de juiste informatie beschikt. Als Projectcoördinator ben je de dirigent die elk project tot een geheel smeedt. Met jouw visie en organisatorische capaciteiten creëer je een planning waarin alle elementen naadloos samenkomen en het project op uitstekende wijze wordt uitgevoerd. De volgende taken behoren tot de functie: - je maakt planningen en houdt rekening met eventuele afwijkingen - je koopt de juiste materialen voor ieder project - het opstellen van diverse plannen op het gebied van veiligheid, kwaliteit en financiën - inplannen van het juiste personeel en materiaal - toezicht houden op voorbereiding en uitvoering van diverse projecten - het aansturen en coördineren van de projectteams - je bent het aanspreekpunt voor collega's - onderhouden klant contact/relatie Wie ben jij? Je beheerst de projecten. Hierdoor is het belangrijk om te beschikken over organisatie skills waardoor je makkelijk het overzicht kan bewaren. Daarnaast zoeken zij een communicatief persoon met een proactieve houding.
