Als projectcontroller ben jij de financiële spil binnen bouwprojecten. Je werkt nauw samen met projectleiders, uitvoerders en calculatoren om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten binnen budget blijven en financieel gezond worden opgeleverd. Je houdt de vinger aan de pols, signaleert risico's en kansen, en adviseert het projectteam over de beste financiële koers. Jouw analyses en rapportages vormen de basis voor strategische beslissingen en zorgen ervoor dat projecten winstgevend worden afgerond. Je bent betrokken bij projecten vanaf de calculatiefase tot en met de oplevering. Daarbij houd je niet alleen de cijfers in de gaten, maar denk je ook actief mee over procesverbeteringen en efficiëntere werkwijzen. Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor financiële vraagstukken binnen het projectteam en zorgt voor heldere communicatie richting het management. Doordat je meewerkt aan innovatieve projecten met een sterke duurzaamheidsambitie, draag je direct bij aan de toekomst van de bouw. Jouw taken in het kort: - Opstellen en bewaken van projectbegrotingen en financiële prognoses; - Uitvoeren van maandelijkse voortgangsrapportages en resultaatanalyses; - Signaleren van financiële risico's en adviseren over beheersmaatregelen; - Ondersteunen van projectleiders bij contractbeheer en nacalculaties; - Analyseren van afwijkingen en adviseren over bijsturingsmogelijkheden; - Meedenken over procesoptimalisatie en verbetering van financiële systemen.
