Als projectleider uitvoering zorg jij dat een gekozen saneringsaanpak buiten daadwerkelijk werkt. Je coördineert mensen, materieel en onderaannemers, grijpt in wanneer de praktijk daarom vraagt en houdt grip op veiligheid, planning, kwaliteit en kosten. Dit ga je doen Als projectleider uitvoering begeleid je bodemsaneringen vanaf de voorbereiding tot en met de oplevering. Je kunt daarbij werken aan uiteenlopende en complexe projecten. Denk bijvoorbeeld aan een bedrijfsterrein in het Rotterdamse havengebied, waar verschillende soorten verontreinigingen uit zowel het verleden als het heden door elkaar lopen. Of aan de sanering van een voormalige brandweeroefenplaats of luchthaven, waarbij renovaties en saneringsmaatregelen nauw op elkaar moeten worden afgestemd. Jij vertaalt een technische oplossing naar een uitvoerbaar project. Hiervoor stuur je mensen, materieel en onderaannemers aan, stem je af met de opdrachtgever en bewaak je de veiligheid, planning en kosten tijdens de uitvoering. Wanneer de situatie in de praktijk anders blijkt dan vooraf bedacht, pas je het plan daarop aan. Je bent in deze rol niet alleen achter je bureau te vinden, maar bent ook regelmatig op locatie om de uitvoering te begeleiden en grip te houden op het project. Concreet ga je aan de slag met: - Meedenken over de saneringsmethode en deze vertalen naar een praktische uitvoeringsaanpak; - Voorbereiden en organiseren van bodem- en grondwatersaneringen; - Coördineren van vergunningen, verkeersmaatregelen en veiligheidsvoorzieningen; - Aansturen van onderaannemers, grondwerkers en andere uitvoerende partijen; - Afstemmen met opdrachtgevers en andere betrokken p...
