Ben je gepassioneerd door technische uitdagingen binnen de bouwsector? Zoek je een nieuwe stap als projectingenieur technieken, met focus op elektriciteit (hoog- en laagspanning)? Voor een toonaangevend bouwbedrijf in België zijn wij op zoek naar een ervaren en ambitieuze projectingenieur speciale technieken, die graag meebouwt aan indrukwekkende projecten in gebouwen, burgerlijke bouwkunde en industrie.

Als projectingenieur technieken speel je een sleutelrol in de voorbereiding en uitvoering van complexe bouwprojecten. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en optimaliseren van specialistische technieken zoals elektriciteit (hoog- en laagspanning), HVAC en andere gebouwgebonden installaties. Je werkt nauw samen met collega’s binnen het calculatieteam en het uitvoeringsteam, en krijgt de kans om te leren van ervaren specialisten.

Jouw takenpakket omvat onder andere:

  • Technische uitwerking en opvolging van speciale technieken, zowel tijdens de voorbereidings- als uitvoeringsfase van bouwprojecten
  • Analyseren van uitvoeringsmethodes en inschatten van kostprijzen, met focus op technieken en elektrische installaties
  • Signaleren en oplossen van technische knelpunten, en ontwikkelen van alternatieve oplossingen waar nodig
  • Overleggen met interne en externe partners voor een vlot projectverloop
  • Proactief opvolgen van het budget en de kwaliteitsbewaking van speciale technieken
  • Zelfstandig up-to-date houden van jouw expertise in moderne installatietechnieken

Voor deze functie zoeken wij een resultaatgerichte ingenieur met een scherp analytisch inzicht en een passie voor technische projecten. Je herkent jezelf beslist in dit profiel:

  • Masterdiploma industrieel of burgerlijk ingenieur (richting elektromechanica of elektriciteit)
  • Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring als projectingenieur gebouweninstallaties in de richting van HVAC, hoogspanning of laagspanning, binnen een ingenieursbureau of installateur/aannemer
  • Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en draagkracht om jouw standpunt aan te houden waar nodig
  • Nauwkeurige, oplossingsgerichte en proactieve werkstijl
  • Goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal, kennis van de Franse taal is een pluspunt maar geen vereiste
