Je zorgt ervoor dat techniek, planning, budget en uitvoering goed op elkaar aansluiten en houdt gedurende het hele traject het overzicht. Je werkt aan projecten binnen onder andere de utiliteitsbouw en schakelt dagelijks met opdrachtgevers, leveranciers, monteurs en interne collega's. Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige verloop van ventilatie- en luchttechnische projecten. Vanaf de opdrachtverstrekking tot en met de oplevering bewaak je de planning, het budget, de kwaliteit en de voortgang. Je stuurt projectteams aan, coördineert leveranciers en onderaannemers en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de opdrachtgever. Wanneer er tijdens een project wijzigingen of knelpunten ontstaan, zorg jij voor duidelijke afstemming en een passende oplossing. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit: - Opstellen en bewaken van projectplanningen ; - Aansturen en begeleiden van projectteams; - Bewaken van budgetten, kosten en projectresultaten ; - Coördineren van leveranciers, monteurs en onderaannemers; - Waarborgen van kwaliteit, veiligheid en contractuele afspraken ; - Bewaken van de technische uitvoering en projectdoelstellingen; - Verzorgen van een correcte projectadministratie en rapportage ; - Onderhouden van duurzame relaties met opdrachtgevers en partners; - Tijdig signaleren van risico's en bijsturen waar nodig. - €4000 - €6000 - Senior - HBO - 40 - Leiden Wie ben jij?
