  • Je bent de eindverantwoordelijke voor het volledige bouwproject: van ontwerp tot en met oplevering in sport-, onderwijs-, zorg- en welzijnsgebouwen.
  • De touwtjes hou je stevig in handen op vlak van budget, planning, kwaliteit en klantentevredenheid en durft bij te sturen waar nodig.
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor zowel klant als technische directie en zet alles op alles om afspraken na te komen.
  • Je denkt creatief mee vanuit de wensen van de klant en biedt technische en prijsbewuste oplossingen binnen de hoogste kwaliteitsnormen.
  • Leveranciers mag je zelf uitkiezen en zo actief bouwen aan je eigen netwerk.
  • Je vertaalt lastenboeken en bouwreglementering naar efficiënte praktijk in een LEAN-omgeving.
  • Maatwerk is de norm: elk project is uniek, geen routinematige opdrachten.
  • Je schakelt vlot met een multidisciplinair team van ervaren collega's.

  • Jij bent een geboren leider en weet hoe je teams motiveert en coacht.
  • Communicatie en het team-gevoel zijn voor jou net zo belangrijk als technische skills.
  • Je werkt hands-on, nauwkeurig en gaat tot het uiterste voor een goed resultaat.
  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma (industrieel/burgerlijk ingenieur) of gelijkwaardige ervaring.
  • Je neemt minstens vijf jaar ervaring als projectleider in utiliteitsbouw mee.
  • Oplossingsgericht denken is je tweede natuur en je bewaakt het overzicht, ook bij complexe projecten.
  • Je kent je weg in wetgeving, lastenboeken en vernieuwende bouwmethodes.
