The posting

Als Projectleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse aansturing en opvolging van één of meerdere bouwprojecten in de regio Hasselt en ruimere as Limburg-Antwerpen. Je werkt nauw samen met de werfploeg, onderaannemers, leveranciers en interne stakeholders en zorgt ervoor dat projecten technisch, organisatorisch en financieel onder controle blijven.

Je combineert werfpresence met een sterke administratieve en financiële opvolging. Ongeveer 80% van je tijd werk je vanuit de werfkeet, waar je de voortgang bewaakt, bijstuurt en de planning strak opvolgt. Je bent onmiddellijk inzetbaar en neemt projecten mee van voorbereiding tot oplevering.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder meer:

  • Opvolgen van de werfplanning, voortgang en kwaliteit van de uitvoering.
  • Coördineren van interne en externe partijen op de werf.
  • Bewaken van budgetten, rendement, bestellingen en logistieke stromen.
  • Lezen en interpreteren van plannen, inclusief 3D-werkomgevingen.
  • Opvolgen van administratieve en financiële projectgegevens via ERP-systemen.
  • Rapporteren over planning, risico’s, meerwerken en bijsturingen aan de betrokken verantwoordelijken.
  • Zorgen voor een vlotte communicatie tussen werf, kantoor en stakeholders.

Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan een commercieel en technisch interessant project met een aanzienlijke omvang, waarbij jouw ervaring en stabiliteit het verschil maken.

Voor deze functie zoekt onze klant een ervaren projectleider met een stabiel professioneel parcours en een sterke affiniteit met de bouwsector. Je beschikt bij voorkeur over een bachelor Bouw of een diploma industrieel ingenieur bouw. Een klasse 8-omgeving is jou niet vreemd en je kan terugvallen op relevante ervaring in gelijkaardige projecten.

Je bent praktisch ingesteld, aanwezig op de werf en tegelijk sterk in opvolging, planning en financiële controle. Ervaring met ERP-systemen en het lezen van 3D-plannen is belangrijk. Technisch detailwerk is minder doorslaggevend dan jouw vermogen om het project totaal op te volgen, structuur te brengen en beslissingen tijdig voor te bereiden.

Verder herken jij jezelf in onderstaande:

  • Relevante ervaring in projectleiding of een vergelijkbare rol.
  • Onmiddellijk inzetbaar.
  • Sterk in planning, organisatie en werfopvolging.
  • Ervaring met financiële en logistieke projectopvolging.
  • Vlot in communicatie met verschillende betrokken partijen.
  • In staat om plannen te lezen en te werken in een 3D-omgeving.
  • Een stabiel cv en aantoonbare continuïteit in eerdere functies.
  • Werken in regio Limburg, Antwerpen of omliggende regio’s, met bereidheid om zich flexibel te verplaatsen.
