Jouw rol als Projectleider:

  • Leidinggeven aan grote projecten: Je beheert wegenwerven van klasse 8 samen met ervaren werfleiders en ploegbazen.
  • Coördineren van meerdere werven: Je stuurt (junior) werfleiders aan en zorgt dat alles volgens plan verloopt.
  • Dagelijkse opvolging: Je monitort de voortgang, planning en personeelsbezetting van de werven.
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid: Je garandeert een veilige werkomgeving en borgt de kwaliteit van elk project.
  • Financieel beheer: Je maakt vorderingsstaten op, voert controles uit en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Logistieke organisatie: Je beheert materialen en houdt de toeleveringen scherp in de gaten.
  • Rapporteren: Je werkt nauw samen met en rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de directeur wegenbouw
  • Een bachelor- of masterdiploma in ingenieurswetenschappen, optie bouwkunde.
  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring als werfleider of projectleider in de wegenbouw.
  • Een flexibele houding ten aanzien van werktijden.
  • Sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en een natuurlijk talent om teams te sturen.
