De komende jaren staan we voor grote ruimtelijke opgaven, zoals woningbouw en gebiedsontwikkeling. Wij zoeken daarom een projectleider die als Aanjager Woningbouwversnelling energie brengt, richting geeft en zorgt dat plannen daadwerkelijk in beweging komen. Voor de Aanjager Woningbouwversnelling ligt het accent meer op het initiëren van projecten, het verkennen van kansen in het voortraject en het actief verbinden van partijen om ideeën tot een concreet project te ontwikkelen. Doel is om in een korte tijd inzicht te krijgen in de haalbaarheid van het project. Wat ga je doen? Als aanjager woningbouwprojecten geef jij richting en versnelling aan woningbouw- en gebiedsontwikkelingen in Oisterwijk. Een belangrijk onderdeel van je rol is middels Parallel Plannen en het uitwerken van meerdere scenario's tegelijkertijd, te zorgen voor versnelling in het proces en het vergroten van inzicht in de haalbaarheid en kansen van projecten. Hierdoor is er binnen de afgesproken termijn sprake van een haalbare businesscase en vooraf gezamenlijk geaccordeerde eindproducten. Concreet betekent dit dat je: - woningbouw- en gebiedsinitiatieven in de startfase opzet en richting geeft; - aan de hand van een projectplan structuur aanbrengt en de voortgang in aanpak en planning bewaakt; - projectteams aanstuurt en interne en externe disciplines zoals ontwikkelaars, corporaties en adviseurs met elkaar verbindt; - zorg draagt voor het sluiten van een intentie- en een anterieure overeenkomst; - ontwikkelscenario's integraal beoordeelt op ruimtelijke en financiële haalbaarheid; - onderhandelt met marktpartijen over uitgangspunten en samenwerking; - knelpunten signaleert en processen activeert of versnelt waar nodig.
