Wil jij een cruciale rol spelen bij één van de grootste telecomprojecten van België? Ben je technisch en leidinggevend sterk, en wil je meebouwen aan de toekomst van supersnel internet? Onze klant, een vooraanstaande speler in de aanleg van glasvezelnetwerken, zoekt een Projectleider Telecom voor de regio Antwerpen.

Als Projectleider Telecom ben je verantwoordelijk voor de complete uitvoering van grootschalige telecomprojecten in regio Antwerpen. Jij begeleidt het volledige traject: van studie, ontwerp en prijsberekening tot organisatie, realisatie en uiteindelijke oplevering van glasvezelnetwerken. Je focust op efficiënte projectleiding, kwaliteitsvolle resultaten én tevreden eindgebruikers.

Jouw belangrijkste taken:

  • Zelfstandig leiden en coördineren van alle fases van telecomprojecten, van offerte tot eindoplevering
  • Aansturen en motiveren van een team werfleiders en technische medewerkers
  • Regelmatig bezoeken van de werven en onderhouden van contact met opdrachtgevers, onderaannemers, klanten en stakeholders
  • Zorg dragen voor een klantgerichte aanpak en snelle oplossingsgerichtheid bij technische uitdagingen
  • Toewijzen en opvolgen van budgetten, KPI’s, kwaliteit en veiligheid op alle projectlocaties
  • Financiële en administratieve opvolging van de projecten en rapporteren aan de Business Unit Manager Telecom
  • Continuerend streven naar duurzame, innovatieve en efficiënte oplossingen in samenwerking met het team

Voor deze technische leidinggevende functie zoeken wij een echte peoplemanager die het beste uit teams weet te halen en die graag uitdagende telecomprojecten van A tot Z draagt.

Jij beschikt over:

  • Een master Industrieel Ingenieur of bachelor elektrotechniek, elektronica, elektromechanica of gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring in telecom
  • Een hands-on mentaliteit en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden
  • Voorkennis of ervaring binnen telecom is een groot pluspunt
  • Vlotte beheersing van het Nederlands én het Frans, mondeling en schriftelijk
  • Een proactieve, flexibele werkhouding en sterke organisatorische skills
  • Coachende en motiverende leiderschapskwaliteiten
  • Oog voor kwaliteit, veiligheid, budget en duurzaamheid in projecten
  • Respect voor milieu en stimulerende houding richting ecologische oplossingen
